Availability

BINOU releases products through seasonal drops and selected restocks. If an item is sold out, it may return depending on demand, fabric availability and production schedule.

Sizing

Most denim and streetwear pieces are designed for a relaxed fit. Check the product description and size guide before placing an order, especially if you are between sizes.

If you need help choosing a size, contact us with your height, weight and the fit you usually prefer.

Delivery

Orders ship from Hong Kong, China. Estimated delivery time for most international orders is 5-12 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information is sent by email once the carrier has processed the parcel.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with packaging and tags attached.
