Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with packaging and tags attached.

To start a return, contact us before shipping the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including final sale products, gift cards, damaged items caused by wear, and products returned without original packaging or tags.

If local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees, customs charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item.

If you need a different size, the fastest option is usually to place a new order after your return request is approved.
