How We Ship

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and then transferred to the carrier. Once the shipment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

The available shipping methods and rates are displayed automatically at checkout based on your destination and order details.

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China. The estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days after dispatch.

This time frame excludes weekends and public holidays. It is an estimate and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier workload and seasonal peaks.

Customs & Local Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees when the parcel arrives in your country or region.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If the courier cannot deliver the parcel, they may offer redelivery, pickup or another local delivery solution depending on the destination.

If the estimated delivery window has passed, check the tracking link first. If there is no movement for several days, contact us with your order number so we can assist.
