Availability

New pieces are released through seasonal drops and selected restocks. To avoid missing a drop, subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social channels.

If an item is sold out, it may return depending on demand, production schedule and fabric availability. Restock information is normally shared through our store updates.

Products

Some items are designed with an oversized fit, while others are closer to true size. Please check the product page, size details and fit notes before ordering.

If an item arrives defective or you need more product information, contact customer support with your order number and clear photos so we can review the case properly.

To care for washed denim and printed pieces, wash cold with similar colors, turn garments inside out and air dry when possible.

Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it for shipment as quickly as possible. A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent after internal processing.

We ship from Hong Kong, China, and the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, customs checks or carrier delays.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout after your destination information is entered.

Orders

Because orders may be transferred quickly to our logistics process, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after checkout. Please check your address, size and product selection before confirming your order.

If you do not receive an email after ordering, check your spam folder first. If the email address was entered incorrectly, contact us with your name and order details.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us with your order number so we can help review the situation with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact customer support before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank processing time may vary.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on your region and payment provider, this may include major cards and supported digital wallets.

If a payment fails, check your card details, billing information and bank approval status. If your account was charged but no order confirmation arrived, contact us as soon as possible.
